ABL Pump Barges

ABL Services, Inc. manufactures design engineered, top quality custom Pump Barges for their customers in the mines or for other applications where barges are needed.

ABL Pump Barges are built to your order and specifications as previous customers have requested round, square and rectangular barges for either Diesel or Electric pumps. Some barges, like the one in the picture above, have Integral Sump Booms to facilitate the extraction of the discharge hoses. All Pump Barges are compartmentalized and fully Hot-Foam Filled which prevents them from sinking.

Barges are designed and fabricated with anticipated movement and relocation of the barges in mind. ABL Design includes the placement of optional Overlay on the drag runners. This Overlay prevents the bottom of the barge from suffering damage when being pulled overland to other sites. Heavy Bumpers are also a design feature that prevents equipment from puncturing the barge during relocation.
